Thenue is in the midst of delivering a £15 million programme of investment in our existing stock. This will ensure that all our properties meet the Scottish Housing Quality Standard by 2015.
The programme of works includes

This year's programme includes:
- Kitchen, Bathroom and re-wires in the Calton brick built properties – Work currently underway with City Building
- New Double glazed windows in our listed building properties – Work currently underway with City Building
- Kitchen, Bathrooms and re-wires in our tenements on Greenhead Street, Tullis St, James St and Greenlodge Terrace – work currently underway with City Building
- Kitchens, Bathrooms, re-wires, window and heating renewals in specific properties on Reid Street, Dale Street and Franklin Street – CCG are programmed to commence works in late October
- Refurbishment of close at 220 Millroad Street and Cladding of the block
- Tendering and consultation re render at former GHA properties in Castlemilk
