Do you want to view your rent account or report a repair online (and do much more) via your PC/Laptop or Tablet?
This is now available by clicking on the My Tenancy button at the bottom of our Website Home Page and registering your account (Note: tenants who have already registered with our Self Service Tenant App can use the same login details for the App to access the My Tenancy Account and do not need to register).
We invested in this web account service in addition to our App because we recognised that some people prefer or need to access services on a webpage rather than through an App. So tenants of Thenue can now login and access all the same fantastic services (report a repair, see all rent transactions, report Anti-social behaviour etc.) that users of our Self Service App currently enjoy!
Also, if your first language is not English the Web Portal easily translates all text to your first language!!
All tenants who register with the My Tenancy Account will also be entered into our Prize Draw to win vouchers for PC World/Curry’s
