Office Re-opening Delayed

Following the First Ministers announcement, we can confirm that unfortunately we will not be reopening the office on Monday 14th September. Our service delivery shall continue by contacting us by telephone, text, email or through our App.
The roadmap out of lockdown has been paused, and means that we remain in Phase 3 and cannot move to Phase 4 as previously planned.
These measures, in light of the rise in Covid-19 cases, will remain in place for at least 3 weeks and a review of the reopening of offices will be conducted by the Scottish Government on the 1st October 2020.
In line with the guidance it’s important that safety comes first.
We will of course update you as soon as there is any change to this advice and on the review at the beginning of October.
