We are pleased to announce the launch of some new online services

New online services through our new website www.thenuehousing.co.uk enable customers to access our services such as reporting a non emergency repair, making a rent payment, making a housing application or a mutual exchange application, etc. 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Customers can also make more use of text and email. We can text a reminder to you the day before an agreed repairs appointment is due or you in turn can text us to immediately obtain a balance on your rent or factoring account by texting RENT or FACTORING to 07624 811495. Alternatively you can email us at qlenquiry@thenuehousing.co.uk with RENT or FACTORING in the subject line of the email address to be immediately emailed an account statement. NOTE: WE CAN ONLY PROVIDE THESE SERVICES IF WE HAVE YOUR CURRENT MOBILE NUMBER AND/OR EMAIL ADDRESS. Please phone our office if you wish to provide this.
