Thenue is looking to recruit a new Director of Finance, IT and Resources who will lead the Finance, IT and People & Culture departments, driving high performance and continuous improvement, while being ultimately responsible for all financially driven outcomes across the group. With a manager for each department, the Director will work closely to guide the team by providing support, direction and leadership.
As part of the executive team the Director will contribute to the wider strategic management, corporate planning and direction of the organisation, working with the executive team and CEO to ensure Thenue’s values are upheld and its vision is realised. Through effective financial management the Director will deliver value-for-money and ensure effective financial planning is in place for the continued delivery of high-quality services and community investment.
We are seeking a candidate who has experience at senior management level and can work effectively with the board and executive team. The appointed candidate will drive innovation and performance improvements whilst ensuring effective business and financial planning. Experience of investment appraisals and working with lenders is essential for applicants.
Applicants are not required to have worked within an RSL previously but must evidence transferability within the application.
