Paying Your Rent

There are many ways you can pay your rent as shown below:

By Direct debit

All Direct Debits are set up online and this can be done over the phone or in person.  Payments can be set to weekly, fortnightly, four weekly or monthly frequencies to suit your individual circumstances. To set up a Direct Debit, please contact the Income Maximisation Team on 0141 550 3581 (option 2, then option 2). 

By Telephone

Allpay has an automated service which allows you to make rent payments over the phone.  To make an automated payment using your unique 19- digit PRN number from Allpay, please call 0141 550 3581 (option 2, option 1). You can also make a rent payment using your debit card by calling the team on 0141 550 3581 (option 2, then option 2).    

By Debit Card at our office

You can come to our registered office at 423 London Road and use our chip and pin facility. All you require is a current debit card, and you can pay your rent at our reception. Please note that we do not accept cash.

Online Payments

You can login or register for online payments new.allpayments.net using your email address and 19-digit PRN number from Allpay. Once your account is set up, click on ‘Make a Bill Payment’. 

Allpay Card

You can pay with either cash, card or cheque using your Allpay card at any Post Office or shop displaying the PAYzone or PAYpoint sign. Your card will be swiped to record the payment and you will be given a receipt. We recommend that you keep your receipt as proof of payment until this shows on your rent statement. If you pay by cheque, please allow at least three working days for the payment to reach us.

Bank Transfer

You can send payments to Thenue Housing, Bank of Scotland, Sort Code 80-83-44, Account Number 10029865. Please use your tenancy number as the payment reference to ensure this is correctly allocated to your rent account.   

Allpay Payment Link

You can make a payment direct to Allpay by inputting your unique 19-digit PRN number and payment amount here: https://pay.allpay.net/thenue/recipient/create. If you require assistance with this information, please contact the team on 0141 550 3581 (option 2, then option 2).  You can also download the new allpayments app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

 

Thenue’s Customer Portal

You can use our customer portal to check your balance, report non-emergency repairs and pay your rent. You can register for the portal at https://thenue.myhome-portal.com/register using your tenancy number and contact information. To make a payment, you will also require your unique 19- digit PRN number from your Allpay card. If you require this information, please contact the team on 0141 550 3581 (option 2, then option 2). 

By Post to our Registered Office

You can send a cheque made payable to Thenue Housing Association Ltd at 423 London Road, Glasgow, G40 1AG. Please write your name and address on the back of your cheque. Please note we do not accept cash.
