FINANCE MANAGER

We are looking to recruit a Finance Manager to lead and develop our finance function. This is a full time, 35 hour per week post, and a key role within the organisation. You will be a highly skilled, enthusiastic and motivated finance professional who will lead the day-to-day operation of the Finance Department, ensuring that our finance and factoring services are well managed and meet statutory requirements.
Reporting to the Director of Finance, IT & Resources, duties will include preparing and producing quarterly management accounts and the annual budget, supporting the annual audit process, supervising the finance and factoring teams, and ensuring the delivery of accurate financial information, strong financial controls and effective support to colleagues across the organisation.

ESTATES AND ENVIRONMENTAL OFFICER

We are seeking a highly skilled, enthusiastic and motivated individual who will oversee our estates and environmental and landscaping contract.
The post has responsibility for delivering an effective estates function which is responsive to the needs of the Association’s staff, Board and customers.
Ideally, you will have some experience in estate and contract management, although this is not essential and training will be given. It is essential that you work well as part of a team and be prepared to go the extra mile for our customers.
