Paintwork Programme 2026/27

The paintwork contract was recently awarded to Mitie Property Services and works will be carried out between June 2026 – March 2027.

The painting will be carried out at various locations across our stock and may include one or two of the following elements being painted at your property: Close Decoration/ Timber Windows & Fascia's / Timber Fencing.

Mitie Property Services will contact you in advance of the works being undertaken, as this can be subject to change due to weather constraints.

Internal access to your property is not required. If there are any items preventing access to the areas of work (i.e. garden furniture), ensure these are moved to allow the painters a safe area of work.
