Running monthly, Thenue will be organising a prize draw for those who complete the repairs satisfaction survey that has been sent to them through text message.

Everyone who replies will be entered into the draw - whether you were happy or unhappy with the service. We use all your answers, including negative feedback, as opportunities to review our performance and improve our services.

You will enter the draw for the same month you answered a survey and we will be in touch with the winner at the start of the next month.
