The Housing (Scotland) Act 2014 requires social landlords to consult with the following stakeholders when they review their Allocation Policy:
• Applicants on their housing list
• Their tenants
• Registered Tenant Organisations, and
• Such other persons as landlords see fit.

The Act also requires landlords to prepare and publish a report on the outcome of the consultation and review of the Allocation Policy. This report outlines the consultation and review process Thenue undertook to review our Allocation Policy during 2019. In September our Board will agree what changes we will make to our Allocation Policy and we will then provide details of these on our website for further comment. You can read the report here.
