Thenue is open - it’s just our London Road office that’s closed

The world is facing a major crisis in dealing with the Coronavirus Pandemic. So here at Thenue we are having to alter the way that we deliver our services. This is to ensure the health and safety of our customers and staff which is our top priority at all times.
From now until further notice, we are not able to accept callers to our office. Our staff will not be able to carry out home visits. This is because of the Government’s advice that the public need to maintain a distance from one another to help prevent the spread of the virus.
Manage your tenancy at the touch of a button, 24 hours a day, seven days a week! Do that through our mobile self-service app. Alternatively you can either e-mail or phone directly any of our staff. All our contact details are listed in the ‘about’ section of our web site under ‘our staff’. Unlike the app, they don’t work 24 hours a day, so please be patient. Please avoid posting letters to us in the meantime as it will take longer than normal for us to reply.

We will continue to operate a full programme of reactive repairs and gas servicing for as long as we can. If you, or any member of your household, have the Coronavirus or are self-isolating due to the Coronavirus, you must let us know if you are contacting us to report a repair. Ultimately, we may have to reduce our repairs service to emergency repairs only if our contractors’ ability to provide the service is reduced through their staff being ill or in self-isolation. If you are reporting a repair we will advise you if this is the case.
