Universal Credit Freephone Number Commences Today

The new Freephone number is 0800-328-9344 available Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm
All DWP customer 0345 numbers are being replaced with new Freephone numbers.
• The changes will begin with Universal Credit lines, which will begin from today
• This will then extend to other numbers, with the process due to be completed by the end of the calendar year.
We will publish the new numbers as soon as they become available
