Annual Return on the Charter 2024/2025

THENUE PUBLISHES OUR “ANNUAL RETURN ON THE CHARTER”

We are pleased to report that your housing association has now published our Annual Return on the Charter.

This is an important document which we are legally obliged to submit to the Scottish Housing Regulator as well as making you aware of its existence.

The Charter - or ARC for short - contains a wealth of information about the performance of Thenue in the last year and importantly how we compare to the previous year and to other registered social landlords' average.

It details how your housing association has performed over the previous year against the standards and outcomes set out in the Scottish Social Housing Charter, which covers areas like the quality of homes, services, and tenant engagement.

You can read the Charter in PDF format below and we have also included it in our autumn newsletter which you should be receiving either by e-mail or in the post shortly.
