Castlemilk- Additional Service Provision

Please note that from Thursday 22nd January 2026, you will be able to access our rents and benefits staff at the Netherholm Community Centre between the hours of 9am and 4pm.
We have increased our service centre hours in the hope that we will be able to assist more tenants who may need financial advice or help with their benefits. The new Income Maximisation (Rents) Officer for the Castlemilk area is Nicky Ballantyne and Nicky will be based in the centre every Thursday for any tenants in need of assistance with their rent account. This is a drop-in service and no appointment is necessary, so please come along if you have any concerns about your rent. Our Financial Inclusion Officer, Jodie Wright, will also be on site to offer benefit support to our tenants in the local area.
