Our office will be closed on Friday 29th March and Monday 1st April 2024.
If you have an emergency repair, please phone 0141 550 3581 where you will find options to be put through to our contractors.

Out of hours emergency repairs to controlled entry contact Dalkia on 0844 809 4340
All other emergency repairs call Mears on 0370 191 0001.
If you are a tenant at the Landressy Place Development and have an emergency, please call McLaughlin’s out of hours emergency number shown in your Welcome Pack.
Our office will reopen on Tuesday 2nd April.
