Thumbs up for Thenue!

We have been given a significant endorsement by our tenants in a wide-ranging opinion survey.

The sparkling set of results - with most approval ratings at 90 per cent or above - confirm the Association remains highly regarded by the people we serve.

The survey carried out by a research company with 1,123 tenants, found that a massive 92 per cent of people said they were very satisfied or fairly satisfied with the service we provide.

Paintwork Contract

The paintwork contract for 2017/18 is underway. Novus Property Solutions will be on site over the coming months to complete the contract by March/April 2018.

Gutter Cleaning Contract

The Gutter Cleaning Contract is underway across all our areas and is being carried out by Patterson Safety Anchors. The contract will run until October/November 2017 as the works can be weather dependent.

Landscape Contractor - An Update

Land Engineering went into administration on 30th May 2017. A sale of part of the business to idverde was completed and employees relating to this part of the business transferred. The part of the business which was sold is the Services, Responsive and Winter Divisions and a number of separate projects. Read more

Thenue's Procurement Strategy
